Bricko is an AI-powered real estate investment education and analysis platform. The App provides educational content, AI mentoring, deal analysis tools, and project management features through free and paid subscription tiers.
AI-generated responses are for informational and educational purposes only and should NOT be considered financial, legal, or investment advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed via Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial.
Current plans: Premium ($39.99/month or $239.99/year) and Pro ($99.99/month or $599.99/year).
You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account in the App. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and will not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service.
All content and features are owned by Zavva Holdings and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zavva Holdings shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
